1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The trademark “Talorni”, including all figurative or non-figurative trademarks, distinctive signs, logos, images, texts, designs, and any other content present on the website www.talorni.com, as well as on products, accessories, and packaging, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Simone Starace, owner of the website, registered office at Via Pasquale Micelli 5, 73100 Lecce (LE), Italy – VAT No. 05424970753.

Any use, reproduction (even partial), modification, or distribution of such content without prior written authorization from Simone Starace is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under applicable law.

2. WEBSITE OWNER AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern the offer and sale of products through the website www.talorni.com (“Website”), managed on the Shopify platform, by Simone Starace.

The purchase of products on the Website constitutes a distance contract governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 45 et seq.) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

The GTC may be updated at any time. Any changes shall be valid from the date of publication on the Website and shall not have retroactive effect.

Before proceeding with any purchase, the user must carefully read the GTC and save a copy.

3. PURCHASES ON THE WEBSITE

Purchases are allowed for:

Consumers (natural persons purchasing for purposes not related to their professional activity).
Professional users (with VAT number).

Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Talorni reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:

Ongoing legal disputes with the user,
Previous violations of the GTC,
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payments,
False or incomplete data provided by the user.

4. REGISTRATION ON SHOPIFY

Registration on the Website is optional and allows users to:

Save personal data and shipping addresses,
View order status,
Manage returns,
Receive promotions and newsletters (subject to consent).

Login credentials (email and password) are strictly personal and non-transferable.
The user must keep them confidential and immediately report any unauthorized use to info@talorni.com.

5. ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

To modify or cancel an order, the user must contact Talorni within 24 hours of submission by writing to info@talorni.com and providing the order number.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. PAYMENTS

Purchases on the Website are safe and secure.
Shopify supports several payment methods, including:

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
PayPal,
Apple Pay / Google Pay,
Other methods indicated at checkout.

Payment data are handled directly by Shopify Payments or relevant payment service providers and are never visible to or stored by Talorni.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and order amount.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed from the next working day.

When the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

If the customer fails to collect the package and it is returned to the sender, shipping and storage costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from any refunds.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to info@talorni.com including:

Full name,
Order number,
Purchase date,
Products to be returned.

Return conditions:

Products must be intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Must be returned in original packaging, including any accessories.
Return must be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

10. REFUNDS

After receiving and verifying returned products, Talorni will issue a refund within 7–10 business days using the same payment method as the purchase.

If products are damaged or do not meet the above conditions, Talorni reserves the right to reduce the refund amount.

11. LEGAL WARRANTY

All Talorni products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity, as provided by the Consumer Code.

The customer must report any defects within 2 months of discovery, by writing to info@talorni.com and providing photos and a description of the issue.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by Italian law.

For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the customer’s place of residence.
For professional buyers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Lecce.

13. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)

Customers may access the European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to online purchases:
